I am a senior level HR professional, most recently a Director of Human Resources at a Toronto based software development company. I currently live in Milton, Ontario… but was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. However, I don’t just want to be defined by what I do.

I am very passionate about everything I do – my career, my family and my hobbies. I love technology. I enjoy snowboarding, scuba diving, rock climbing, mountain biking and cottaging. When I read, I tend to flip flop between fiction (crime, forensics, thrillers) and non-fiction (leadership, coaching, finance, economics).

I have found that there is not a whole lot of Canadian Human Resources content on the web in a personalized or blog format. I have set out, at least informally, to change that.
